A Happy Guy
A happy guy – “My bi, bi, bi boy,” he yells as he gallivants down the hall in a world all his own. Misunderstood, perhaps, but well known. A master at dodge ball for no one tosses the ball his way.
As he frowns the corners of his mouth touch his chest and he mumbles a few words. He arrives to school later than others, but that’s the time his bus comes. His grin extends over the broad borders of his face. He bounces with excitement as he sees his friend Tyler come toward him down the hall. “ Tyyyyler,” he exclaims as they both give each other a scoop. “My big boy.”
He is different than the other kids in his class, yet the kids in his class are different from the other kids at school. He never thinks twice before having fun and is eager to find new people to scoop. His girlfriend is very close to him. He got her a ring for her birthday. So happy, so kind, so oblivious to the disgusting world he lives in. Screw gas prices, living costs, a future career, for this boy is happy and needs none of these to function.
