Mysterious Music

“What’s that music?” Sarah asked.
“I don’t know,” John answered.
Sarah and John are workers at the City Hall and were in the middle of a very important meeting.
“We have to stop it,” Sarah said worriedly.
“But how?” John asked.
“I don’t know,” Sarah answered. “Let’s go check it out.”
So Sarah and John walked out of City Hall and listened.
“I think the music is coming from the Corn Palace,” John suggested.
So off Sarah and John went. They went inside the Corn Palace and listened again.
“I know!” Sarah exclaimed. “It’s coming from the stage!”
When Sarah and John got to the stage they saw dancers twirling round and round.
“What should we do?” John asked. “We can’t just stop them in the middle of their dance!”
Just then Sarah and John had a great idea.
“Ear plugs!” they both yelled. “We can use ear plugs!”
They bought ear plugs and had a great, silent day.
